Out now: Misty Coast - Do You Still Remember Me?

Misty Coast is a nuclear pop duo from the valley where the Norwegian mountain streams flow into the fjords.

Do You Still Remember Me? is the second single from Norwegian duo Misty Coasts forthcoming album, When I Fall From the Sky. It’s both folky and dreamy, and the minimalistic and quirky vibe makes for a perfect indie pop gem for lazy autumn days. The song describes a longing to get out into the world and an admiration for globe-trotters who carry a thousand memories and hope they never forget or are forgotten.

In the music video for Do You Still Remember Me?, made by the duo themselves, we get to follow them on a colorful autumn day in Oslo. “We wanted to create a visual expression to the song evoking nostalgic feelings, and at the same time we just wanted to show an unpretentious and foolish version of ourselves”.

Misty Coast is Linn Frøkedal and Richard Myklebust (both hailing from Norwegian noise rock act The Megaphonic Thrift), accompanied by Kim Åge Furuhaug (Orions Belte) on drums. Do You Still Remember Me? is produced by Emil Nikolaisen (Serena-Maneesh, Sufjan Stevens) and mixed by Jørgen Træen (Jaga Jazzist, Susanne Sundfør). The album, When I Fall From the Sky, is due March 5th, 2021 via Fysisk Format.
